Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right exists alongside our 30-day return policy.
How to withdraw
Inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to support@theharringtonsisters.com. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. We will confirm receipt and send you the return address.
Effects of withdrawal
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
