Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including products that are considered hygienic in nature, such as underwear, socks, shapewear, and similar intimate items once opened.

Electronic items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Items purchased during our Revival Sale may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@theharringtonsisters.com and include your order number, the reason for the request, and photos if applicable.

We will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
