By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before completing your order.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair in the following circumstances: the product has a major defect or failure; the product does not match its description; the product is not fit for its intended purpose; or the product does not meet acceptable quality standards.

These rights apply regardless of any other conditions outlined in this policy and cannot be waived or excluded.

Return Eligibility

In addition to your rights under the ACL, we accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The following items are not eligible for change of mind returns: underwear, socks, shapewear, lingerie and other intimate items for hygienic reasons, and individually customised or personalised products.

Please note that items from our Revival Collection purchased during the Revival Sale are eligible for return under the ACL if they are defective or not as described. Change of mind returns for sale items are assessed on a case by case basis.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@theharringtonsisters.com with the following details: your order number, a description of the issue or reason for return, and photos where applicable. We will respond with further instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Where a product is defective, not as described or does not meet ACL consumer guarantees, The Harrington Sisters will cover all return shipping costs in full.

Order Cancellations

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched. Before dispatch, please contact us at support@theharringtonsisters.com to request a cancellation. Your statutory rights under the ACL are not affected by this policy.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method. For major failures under the ACL, you may choose between a refund, replacement or repair.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@theharringtonsisters.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include photos and a description of the issue. All return shipping costs in these cases will be covered by The Harrington Sisters.

Statutory Warranty

Under the ACL, our products carry statutory guarantees for a reasonable period depending on the nature of the product and its price. These guarantees are in addition to any other rights you may have.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your return or refund, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at www.accc.gov.au or your relevant state or territory consumer protection agency.
