Refund & Return Policy – The Harrington Sisters
30-day returns
You can return any item within 30 days after delivery for a full refund of the product price. This applies to all items, including items bought at a reduced price. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear briefs and intimate wear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (see our Right of Withdrawal page). Our 30-day policy is in addition to, and never limits, these rights.
How to start a return
Email support@theharringtonsisters.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can route your return to the right location.
Return address and return shipping costs
Our orders are shipped from our international fulfillment partner, so the return address can differ from our business address in the Netherlands. You will receive the exact return address by email. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and international return shipping may apply. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping was free, so no shipping costs are deducted.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or give a full refund, and in that case you do not pay any return costs.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we will help you exchange the item, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Orders are sent to fulfillment quickly. You can cancel within 2 hours after placing your order by emailing us. After that, you can still return the item under this policy once it arrives.
