Shipping Policy – The Harrington Sisters

Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to all countries we ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Australia and New Zealand. The shipping cost (free) is shown in the checkout before you pay.

Where we ship from
The Harrington Sisters is based in the Netherlands. Our orders are packed and shipped by our international fulfillment partner, not from our office address.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (24–48 hours) after payment, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 17:00 CET are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
After processing, delivery takes 3–16 business days, depending on your location. Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is therefore 4–18 business days.

Order cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it by emailing us. After that, your order is already in fulfillment, but you can return it under our Refund Policy.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your order on our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs and import duties
Prices shown in your local currency in the checkout are the total you pay to us. In rare cases, local customs authorities may charge import fees; if this happens, please contact us before paying them so we can help.
