Orders are shipped within the timeframe specified on our website. The Harrington Sisters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance outside Australia. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect addresses may result in additional charges or delays.

Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
